hey guys
Please I need help getting some information. My priorty day for F2 is July 29, 2014. I will be Adjusting status. I have all my document ready, but the immigration bulletin says they are at MAY 2015 @ this time. Can I go ahead and put in all my documents for adjustments or do I have to wait until my priority date comes up. I read somewhere on the recent bulletin(sEE BELOW, I COPIED AND PASTED)
" DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED
VISA APPLICATIONS,
USCIS has determined that this chart (BELOW) may be used (in lieu of the chart in paragraph 4.A.) this month for filing applications for adjustment of status with USCIS. Applicants for adjustment of status may visit www.USCIS.gov/visabulletininfo for additional information.''

So, does this mean that I can submit, even though Priority date Is not recent. Please guys help me out. I have a job waiting for me and the sooner my documents go in, the better.
