Filling the part 3A (processing information) of this form where I'm asked where my F1 visa was issued and date visa was issued, I'm asked "marital status"? Does it mean at the time I applied for my F1 visa in Nigeria or presently? Do I fill in single or married. I'm sorry if this question appear s dumb but I'm just confused.
