Primary 485 approved, Dependent pending
Gurus please answer this:-
I was on L1A and my wife on L2. My wife has L2 EAD and she is working.
We applied for Green Card and my 485 approved recently. My wife's 485 still pending.
1)
Is my wife out of status since her L2 is no more valid because my 485 is approved.
2)
Can she keep working on L2 EAD or she needs to file another EAD?
