I am having a problem filling I-485 (3B). It asks for my wife info. She uses my surname on her SSN and our marriage certificate but still uses her maiden name on her driver's license. Which last name do we fill? I'm confused because we would have to submit photocopies of those documents and there would be 2 different last names on her ID cards.

If her legal is name your surname she should use it and update her driver license. Marriage certificate is enough proof for her legal name.Originally posted by feexo View Post -
