Lost I 94 form

My spouse lost his I 94 form... he came to US on a visitor visa. His passport is stamped etc...but he doesn't have the actual I 94 form or the # on the form..... Is this going to cause a problem applying for the I 485 and I 130???? Please help.. scared!!!

if he came in the last couple years, CBP doesn't issue I-94 forms anymore. It's electronic and can be accessed through their website:

https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/
