Hi guys,
I got my asylum approved in 01/2012, and I applied to adjust to permanent resident 1 year later (01/2013). It's been almost 3 years and my PR case is still pending. My question is: I know it will be at least 5 years as a PR before I can apply for citizenship, in my case, when will be the start of these 5 years? Will it be the date I received my green card or the date my asylum status got approved? Thanks.
