    hi

short biography of my uscis process:

    july 2014: met my ex-wife
july 2014-december 2014: short vacation trips to the usa to see my ex-wife.
january 2015: ex-wife and i met immigration lawyer. lawyer recommend us the uscis prosses with the 30-60-90 day rule. so we got married after the 60 days and filled for the i-485. well everything worked out..we had our interview scheduled in august 2015 but i decided to cancel the interview and get divorced because i found out that my wife cheated on my 2 days after our marriage...and several other times too... so durning the divorce i met a wonderful woman...we spend a lot of time together, she helped me out a lot and she was the reason to move on in my life....we fell in love...now i am back in switzerland and it is really hard for both of us to be away from each other...we want to get married to be able to be together....
now my question is how are my chances to get a k1 visa to get married in the usa? or better how are my chances to get a green card?

i know everything happens so fast but this is fate and beyond my control to falling in love with my girlfriend.

thank you so much for helping us.

You should be ok. Just let your fiancée to start the application. You can explain yourself in the interview.

If you cancelled the first procedure, there is no reason to expect a problem with the K1 procedure.
