i-485 interview not rescheduled since march 17,2015 ( field office hartford, CT )
Hi Everyone,
l did apply for i-485 ( marriage based ) november 4, 2014.
in march, l did receive an appointment letter scheduling my adjustment of status interview at the first week of april. But in march 17,2015 we rec'd another letter USCIS stating the scheduled interview has been canceled due to 'unforeseen circumstances.
then I had info pass appointment , officer said i have to be patient and wait for the rescheduling.
since then nothing happened.
still waiting for being rescheduled.
also my EAD will expire January 19,2016
I was wondering if anyone has similar experiences before and may shed some light on what might be going on here. Thank you all so much!
