How long does it normally take after your PD becomes current?
My GC application has a PD of Apr 2004, EB1. I-140 approved already. My H1B expires in July 06. I havent applied for EAD and wanted to save a bit of money if the approvals dont take very long.
I am anticipating that my PD will be current within a month. (fingers crossed).
