Hi everyone
As I've been reading in this forum, most people get their biometrics appointment about a month after receiving the receipt. It's been a month since I got a receipt, and not even a letter with a biometrics date yet. I live in Portland, OR but my case was sent to Lee's Summit, MO

Dates:
April 30 - got married
October 02 - priority date

Should I be concerned?
Anyone else's case was sent to Lee's Summit as well?

Same as you my case went to Lee's summit, MO but I live in Miami, Florida. I got my appointment a month later from the receipt date. And also forgot to send the application for EAD when I realized that I sent it in October in they working on it since then when I checked my application online it stated that my case is ready for an interview but no date yet.
You gotta be patient try doing something else as relaxing , watch TV , interest shows ,shopping and have fun also above these hobby pray God so that your case can be fast.

oh wow, I also sent in October and no interview date yet, but also haven't done the biometrics, my appointment is this Friday

Would you please guide me step by step, how to file AOS. My I-130 is already approved and DS 260 filed but since i am here in USA wondering if this goes faster.
i am in Houston and checked with few attorneys but they care charging like 1500 dollars to file my case.
your help will be much appreciated.
