Check wrong box on I-485 form

Hello im wondering if anyone had this experience before .
I check out the wrong answer box where it asks you if you have had any previous arrests I checked the "yes"box instead of "no" box so now they are asking me to submit a police report or any court documents which I don't have because I have never been arrested .
Does anyone knows what to do in this case?

I would say send a copy of the receipt for your original I485, submit a corrected I485 with a (LOE) letter of explanation stating you incorrectly marked the box and that you have no prior arrests or have been involved in any crimes. I believe this would be one way of doing it.
