Form -130 what are the requirements needed

Im new to this site but i've been reading some forums about Form I485 and FormI130. We dont have that money to pay for a lawyer so i would appreciate if someone from this site would be able to help me. Me and my USC boyfriend are getting married soon and i want to know and learn all these paper works that we need to fill out. I have read some forums about I485 and now I want to know what are the requirements needed to file for I130 and can we file that together with the I485 or should we file it separately.

You need to file I130,I485, I131 and I 765 . Also I864 (or I864A according to your situation), I 693 and G 325A to support them.
There are tons of examples and information in the internet. I would start from USCIS form instructions and ask question as you go.

read this and instructions carefully.

You need to file all of these at once.(if you want temp work permit and advanced parole otherwise you can ignore I 131 and I 765.)

Thank you for the information you have provided.

For my understanding, I should be filling the I485, I131,I765,I693 and G 325A.

My future husband who is USC would be filling the I130 and I864

Am i correct?

Yes, you are right, i have read tons of samples and information in the internet but i just wanna make sure. But thank you for taking time to reply on my questions.

Can i file I-130 for spouse while living abroad on I-131

I hope the questions is clear from the title. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
