New York timeframe

Does anyone know the New York timeframe ? I filed my documents form I-130 (based on marriage, my husband is a citizen), form I-485,Form I-765 cocurrently in Brooklyn and my priority date is 10/13/2015. I'd like to know the approximate waiting time to get the interview . Is the applicant in New York probably has to wait longer than any other places? What time am I supposed to get my GC ? It's helpful to me. Thanks

hi there, i suggest you call (800) 375-5283 to find out which field office you belong to since garden city office closed they're sending cases from brooklyn some to long island and some to NYC....

if your case belongs to NYC field office you're looking to receiving an interview within 8 months from the date you filed so i would say around May/june.....

if you belong to the long island field office you're basically looking to 9 months from the date you filed but you could probably get an interview anytime from may to June as well.

New york field offices are frustrating since they're very backed up

received interview date on 11/5/2015 for december 8th, cant wait

Hi,
I filed I-485/I-130 for my wife on Sep-4, (NYC) and yesterday she got her approval for Travel Document and EAD. Exactly 61 days after filing. And I-485 interview is waiting to be scheduled , that's changed few days prior to EAD approval.
