  • Question - Currently L1, getting married

    Hello,

I've been living and working in the US under a L1 visa for over 3 years now (extended recently).

I am getting married next month and will file for resident status. I'm a bit confused with all the forms required.

Can someone who's been through the process confirm if I'm missing any forms(or if I have too many)?
Do you also know how long it takes to get approved?
Would I also need an I-131 or is my L1 status sufficient to get me back in the US in case I have to travel?

    I-130 (and all required evidence)
G-325A for my spouse and I
    Check

    I-485 (and all required evidence)
    I-693
    G-325A
    I-765
    Current I-797
    Check

    Thanks in advance!
