I485 rejected becuase the version of the form i sent is no longer accepted!!!!

Hello,

My I485 with EAD and AP was Improperly rejected saying I used an old version of the form that they no longer accept (All forms edition were correct).

We resubmitted the application with a bright cover page saying all forms are current and correct. Does anyone know if they will keep the same Receipt Number once they accept the resubmitted application. Also weird part is its already been more than a week that they got my application but no checks has been cashed nor any notification. is this normal?

It took almost 2 weeks for them to send me acceptance notification and another 4(days) to get the letters by mail.

Thank You. Was the receipt number same or they gave you a different receipt number?
