  • 90 days after interview, haven't received a notice

    Hello,

I wonder if anyone experienced this before. My interview went well. The interviewer told us we should get a notice within 6-8 weeks but it's been 90 days, I haven't received anything. The case status online still says 'Your case must be reviewed'.

I'm so worried now.. Should I make an info pass appointment? Do my husband and I need prepare anything the appointment?

    Thank you!

How did your interview go? my interview was less than 30' with some basic questions like how did you guys meet, when did you propose, etc.
Waiting this long is so exhausting

My interview went great. It lasted for about 15 minutes. The IO said we are going to get a response in the mail within 2 weeks.... The wait is killing

What does your case status say on USCIS website? I talked to my attorney. He said it shouldn't take this long.....

deifnately make an infopass appointment and express your concern!
sometimes IO just put files to the side and take on new interview/cases and totally diss some pending cases

when you get to your infopass request whichever IO helps you to let their supervisor know about your case

                    good luck

You can make an info pass appointment. No because, You don't know what kind of additional information they are looking for.

Do we need to have an attorney going with us? Will they interview us again? My attorney might not be able to go with us. I don't know if I should hire a new one.

Are you going to make an info pass appointment? I heard if it takes so long, there's usually some issue with the case..

I'll definitely make an InfoPass appointment because it's taking forever. Info pass doesn't interview people, it is there to answer questions only and sometimes makes case(s) update fast.

I and my husband won't be able to make an infoPass appointment until next month. Please keep me updated! Hope to hear good news from you soon!
