  • i-130 and G-325A

Hi I am in the process of filing my AOS application. What happens if I should just fill the forms i-130 and G-325A no minding I had already put the same information in the other form. Also they spelt my middle name wrong on my i-94 so filling form i-485 part 3 should I write my name as on the i-94 with the mistakes?
Please I need y'all response ASAP. Thanks!

You must complete both forms with all requested data, including G-325A forms for you and spouse. On the I-485 you should print the name as shown on the I-90 for the question which asks how the I-90 showed your name, but you should otherwise spell spell your name correctly on the I-485.

Thanks for replying rayb. Here is what i saw on USCIS web
"except for your name and signature you do not have to repeat on form G-325A the information given on your form I-130 form".

It doesn't matter that the citation implies you may exclude completing the form if some of the data is on the other form. Don't risk an incomplete form causing a "Request for Evidence." It takes about 15 minutes to complete for G-325 and the same amount of time to complete an I-130. This is a non-issue.
