Good afternoons, I am a us citizen married to Mexican citizen with 2 children. I filed for a change of status in 2013 he's case is currently in lee summit Missouri just had his biometrics appointment in October my attorney said we would have to travel to Mexico for interview anyone else going through this process. We live in New York he has no criminal history and we submitted all the proof we could possibly submit.
