Can I file I-485 before my priority date ?

Greetings!

I am out of status for 21years. I filed for Labor Cert. January 2003 my Labor Cert is approved and I-140 just got approved October 2005. Can I file I-485(adjustment of status) even before my priority date reaches? Current PD is April 2001!! My objective is only to obtain EAD while file is on queue.

Please advice anyone. Thank you very much for your time.
