Need Help Filling I-485

Hello my name is luis im applying for an Adjustment of status for Marriage, i will like to get some information required to fill I-485 and tips

to my concern this is what i know (i may be wrong)
fill I-130 with I-485 together
could also apply for I-765 and I-130 Free, Applying with the I-485

I will like to know which other files do i need to put in the packet before i sent it to the USCIS

here is some info about my self

Im a overstay on a visitor B1/B2 visa i got my I-94 (expired)
Got married on june still havent filed the applications because i want to be sure i got everything right for it wont get denied

Since you overstayed and is out of status, please meet an immigration lawyer for your case. There is possibility for denial.

If your husband is a U.S. citiizen, your B2 visa overstay won't be an issue unless there is some question about the the legitimacy of your marriage.

yes My **Wife** is An U.S Citizen there should be no problem since I entered the US Legally Thank You for your time
