Need help with unique situation - switching employment based greencard to marriage

Hoping someone can help provide some clarity around my situation.

I'm currently in the US on an L1A and gave been sponsored for a greencard through my work. Today I received notice the USCIS has received my I-485, I-131 and I-765 petitions.

Just after my work had submitted all the paperwork, my now-husband and I eloped so I am now married to a US citizen. Can anyone shed some light on how this affects my greencard application? Do I have to start the process all over again for a marriage-based greencard? Would the USCIS be able to switch the stats from employment to marriage without having to resubmit all the paperwork?

No. You need a separate application for marriage based AOS.
Having 2 files open at the same time is not good and usually cause trouble. You need to withdraw the first application
(make sure it's closed) and start another.
