I-485 form question

Hi everyone,

I am filling out my I-485 form. In the part 3. Processing Information, For this line namely, "Provide your name exactly as it appears on your Form I-94, Arrival-Departure Record Number"
Should I fill in my name (appears on I-94) only? Or both my name and the I-94 record number?

Since you already put the I-94 record number on page 1, you only need your name, as shown on the I-94, for this question in Part 3.
