my wife doesn't have return tax income from years 2013-2012

hi i have all my package ready before adjustment of status and i'm stuck on one thing which is my wife's tax return.
she has only 2014 tax return and 2013-2012 she doesnt have one cause she made only cash by selling skin care so she never filled one.
and they asking for last 5 years of employment and of course we added that job because she worked there over 3 years,
is it going to be a problem?

of course we have joint sponsor which makes over 80k a year and his wife which making 60k a year.

the past 6 months she working for a corporate and has a steady tax withdrawal and her year pay is 25.6k a year so till now she made 12k

so is it going to be a problem that we will attach only 1 year of tax return and not 3 Aldo she worked 3 years in a job? thank you

I think it will be safer if you can use the joint sponsor in this case.
I received the REF letter when use my husband as the sponsor.

It is most important that she is meeting the requirements in the current year. It is optional for the additional year tax returns.

The requirement for the sponsorship package is for a copy of the tax return for only the most recent year (2014). Sending earlier year copies is optional.

Listen to Rayb, he is correct, the most current year taxes are the requirement, the others are just optional. Unless of course she does not meet the poverty guidelines.
