Hello!
I am H1-B and are applying for GC in the E-2 (employment-based, second preference) category based on an immigrant petition. My spouse is student, under F-1 and we will be applying concurrently for the GC.
My question:
Is it enough to attach my approval notice (for I-140) that makes a visa number available TO ME and a marriage certificate? Or is it necessary for my spouse to submit another document?
Any experience sharing is highly appreciated!
