my dad recieved a letter requesing additional evidence but the thing is they are asking for a transportation letter that was issued to him by us embasy prior to his travel to usa
he is an asylee by the way and thats how he came here too
now i dont understand i know he got two envelopes with papers in them from the us embasy but he was told not to open them only INS can open them which they did when he arrived here in detroit and they also took those papers and the only thing they gave him is a I94 and a stamp on his passport which is the same stamp as in I94 now what do i send them back just a letter explaining what happened or what can someone help me thank you
