Also, lets keep this thread updated as we get our green cards ! we are all waiting !
I went to the interview in March 20th in the Orlando, FL office so far no answer either and status shows "we scheduled interview message". I schedule and appointment to ask and no answer was given to me. they asked me to fill out a blurry piece of paper with my info and he mentioned he would give it to the supervisor. So far no answer for that either.

case status not updated in 3 months

I had my interview April 12th, it went super well but was cut short when a lady came in saying my IO had to go a staff meeting. I didn't get an approval notice on the spot but she congratulated me and said my card will be in the mail soon.

My case status is STILL on "Fingerprint fee was received Feb 3rd" it didn't even change for my interview. I have an info pass scheduled for May 23rd. I'm certain the IO just pushed my case aside to the corner of desk somewhere! So frustrating.

And what did the blurry piece of paper, that you signed, say?

I got my interview in mid-May. My case status is "Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed". Any thoughts from all of you? This is a job based AOS interview and I have been on the job for 5 years. Would have thought that everything would be easier.

            Notecnirp,

USCIS must adjudicate employment based adjustment of status cases within 120 days of the interview. So your case is way outside of that time frame. I would reach out to your Senator. That's not acceptable. Your employer should back you up on this.

Did you get a response? I was interviewed in March 2018. No update and status says we scheduled an interview. It is Job Based.

                AOS Atlanta

                Hi All,

I am hoping if some one can suggest me what to do?

PD Dec 22 2016 (Marriage based AOS)
                Biometric Feb 2017
                Work permit April 2017
Interview August 29th 2017. Interview was normal. She asked alot of question and documents and at the end she recommends for approval and give us the letter. she also said that you will recive the card in 4 weeks.
RFE receieved in Feb 2018 for medical. Submitted the Medical in March 2018.
                Since then no nothing received.

My online status still showing interview schedule for Aug 2017.
Me and my wife are really stressed what is going on? Is it some thing we can do?

I have created atleast 3 info pass and 6 online inquiries. They says the time given on website is estimated time for case processing. UScis dont guarantee to process the case on that time period.

any Idea what can be done at this moment?
Is some one else in a same boat?

ATL office is one of the busiest. I had my interview on May 31 2018 and we we're given the recommended for approval letter. The officer had told us to allow 2-5 weeks for the card and I got it in exactly 5 weeks. What did they tell you at the Infopass appointment?

Is this a rule for employment based GC category?. I thought 120 days is the max after filing AOS itself.. Are folks waiting for 10+ months after interview?

No, there's actually no limit for AOS. See for yourself here. https://www.uscis.gov/archive/blog/2...?ftopics_tid=0

I did read somewhere else USCIS has 120 days after the interview to adjudicate employment based AOS. You can probably dig that up yourself.

Receipt text messages are dated 9/10/17. Frustrating how long it's taking.

I responded to your previous post about processing times in Minnesota. I wonder if you saw it.

We are in Minnesota, as well. It's a long wait. In regards to the EAD/AP. Yes, she will need to renew it and that can be done at least 180 days before the combo card expires. You just have to read through the instructions for renewal. No fee required. Your wife's category is c9 and she gets an automatic extension of her employment authorization by filing her renewal application in a timely manner and her proof is the I-797 until the combo card arrives.

The validation error means that they're likely scheduling your interview right now.

                          1. Are you getting this validation error on the egov site without logging in? In other words, are you looking up the case without logging on to the egov account?

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do There is a USCIS case tracker app that links your egov account to the app.

                          2. Are you getting the validation error on this account too? https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

If you google this in quotes "Minneapolis-St. Paul MN Office AOS Filers", the first result will be the "Minneapolis-St. Paul MN Office AOS Filers" page on vi$a j0urn3y. You can connect with others in the area. We also keep track of the priority dates and interview dates of those applying for AOS at this field office.

Last I checked May filers were being scheduled. And there was a Sept 2017 filer who was also scheduled for interview in August.

http://www. ******** ***.com/forums/to...ce-aos-filers/ The link will be blocked. It's best if you google it.

People have reported getting the interview scheduled status update about 6 weeks after the validation error started.

Bottom line is the validation error is a good thing.

Average of 15 months in MN. Freaking ridiculous. Will we have to pay for another medical since it took more than a year?

                              Re-do Medical

                              Hello,

It is fair to assume that you will need to re-do the medical prior to or in time for the interview. As long as you have retained a copy of your earlier records you can use it to show to the USCIS civil surgeon so that he or she may eliminate the need for numerous vaccinations. It is best to renew it as it is a significant document that even if you are approved, if it is not updated your benefit of GC or whatever will be delayed.

                              All the best.

This page says results are valid for 1 year before you file, and one you file they are valid forever as long as the case is pending. That is confusing but makes me feel like we might not have to do it again since we filed right after the results.
