Applying for AOS after DACA
Hey all,
I was approved for DACA when they first released the order and got it renewed 2 years ago - its due to expire Oct 2016.
I got married last year to a USC (April 2015) and we just had our first baby girl last month .
I want to file for residency before my DACA expires so I don't have to worry about renewing it again.
My question to you all is - where do I start ... does my wife need to file I-130 and then I have to file the rest. I tried to do some research online but I got different answers.
BTW - I entered the county back in 1997 (age 10) with my Parents on a tourist visa and overstayed.
You all have been very helpful and I just wanted to reach out and get your feedback before I start!
