Came to the US with F-1 Visa on Dec 2012, lost status Sept 2014. Since then met my husband (USC) and now we're married.Getting ready to send in documents to USCIS for AOS, but unfortunately cannot find the I-94 I received when I came into the US 3 years ago. I have a copy of my previous I-94 from the penultimate time I entered the US, but it was registered to a previous I-20(have a copy of this I-20 too), not the one I used when I last entered the US(lost copy of this I-20). Should I send in form I-102 (Application for Replacement/Initial Nonimmigrant Arrival-Departure Document) or will this harm my chances for a successful AOS? If I should, can I send it with the same packet as my AOS or send it before and wait for a reply first about my I-94?
Update: Found copy of my I-94 through the CBP website, will this be enough to prove lawful admission? Includes my I-94 record number, date of admission, visa type, and passport info.
Update 2: I was also wondering if it will hurt my chances of approval if I put down F-1 Overstay/Out-Of-Status under "Current Immigration Status" for my I-485 & 1-765 forms? And also the copy I was able to find online says UNKNOWN under "Admit until Date." The I-485 in Part 1 it puts "Expires on" next to "Current USCIS Status," but is it referring to my I-94 expiration date or when the visa on my passport expires? On the I-130 it specifies for the date my I-94 will expire, but since I do not have it should I put "Unknown"?
