Has anyone obtain marriage certificate for parents GC? need advice on what supporting document(s) need to be submitted for Parents GC application when marriage certificate is not available.

Certificate is not available with marriage registrar as it was not registered

If the marriage was not registered, they are not legally married (though there may have been a religious or nonregistered civil ceremony).
