I recently got my Labor certification and I-140 approved. I can't file I-485 because of retrogression. On the other hand, my wife had filed I-485 almost 2 years back but it's not getting adjudicated because of retrogression. She is Primary and myself as Secondary applicant on that I-485. We are unable to use AC21.
My question is, can we (if yes, how ) use that I-485 application's receipt date and simply switch her name with me as Primary applicant and herself as Secondary applicant (as I have my labor approval and I-140 approval with me).
Also, if there is any other alternative by which we could use the same old I-485 application then I would like to hear that.
