Hello,
I've received a RFE last week concerning the form I-864, they ask for the federal income tax return and all supporting tax documentation for the most recent tax year. My problem is, the RSI won't let my husband and I filled last year tax because I do not have a SNN yet. ( we've got married Nov 2014)
We went to a RSI office, twice in october, and since I am eligible to get a SSN, they won't let us do our taxes.
They also ask for a joint sponsor as my husband doesn't meet the poverty guideline.
We called the USCIS customer services in october, and the representative told us that it won't be problem as long as we send my husband pay stubs and proofs of incomes.
I'm completely lost right now, I have no idea what to do.
Does anybody would have an idea of what step we should do ?
Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated.
