Hello,
I am on H1b currently and my employer will start GC process after mid if this year. Earlier, I had another plan to get PR of Canada, which was dropped when my employer agreed for GC. During that time, I gave some amount to get my degree transcript (3 years B.Sc. from India) to an agent. Its been month now and now he is in situation to get transcript from my university. To fulfill that, he is asking for rest of money.
If I ever need my degree transcript, during GC process ? If yes, I will pay rest of amount and if no, I will not pay and ask him to stop process.
Do you have any suggestions ?
