Birth Certificate

Hello guys. This forum has been very helpful. I came into this country with a tourist visa in August 2015 and married my lovely wife last month. I am presently preparing to file forms i-130, i-485 and i-765, however, i don't have my birth certificate with me. What should i do? Can i file form i-485 without my birth certificate? Will a copy of the data page of my passport serve as an adequate replacement? Thanks guys!!

You should ask somebody from your family that is in your home country to scan it and email it to you. So you can print it. Also if it is not in English they have to translate it. They can also do that and email it to you or you can do that online. I translate mine online and it worked perfectly. Hope that helps with your concern. You can not fill the form without your birth certificate.
