open criminal case
Hello,
I'm planing to adjust my status. Am here on B1/B2 visa to witness the birth of my first child with my US wife.
I had problem with Credit Card fraud case back in my country 8 years ago. i was held in custody for 6 month under investigation and released.
The case still open till now and no final judgement so far.
What do you think am gonna face and how hard it will be!!
