When will my i485 be processed

I have recently applied for EAD,AP and 485 as my filing date became current. I have already received my EAD and AP document. My Priority date is may 22 2009. It is likely to get current shortly.
My question is, if my Priority date becomes current will I be getting my Green card shortly thereafter. Or is there any thing else that is required before getting the GC.

Please inform.

I your priority date is not current for your visa class, your I-485 or Adjustment interview may be denied, and you may lose your submittal fee.
