Hello, we have a lawyer but still need advise. We filed in 2014 for status adjustment and got our interview pretty quick. Although we got denial in February 2015. We appealed the decision and the idea was to sent more supportive documents. Our lawyer, specifically the staff, somehow did not sent Anything to the court. We have been waiting what was going on and did not have idea they sent Nothing. So, couple days ago we got a denial and the reason was that they did not get anything in support of our case. Of cause I was upset and had a serious argument with the lawyer. But of cause it will not help. So, now the lawyer telling us either to file a motion, we have 30 days, or, and he believes that will be better, to apply again for status adjustment, because there exist some new conditions. But it will definitely cost a lot of money which we have already spent. So, now I have a dilemma. Do we need to proceed with the appeal or should we apply again for 485, have interview and all that things again? Pls pls I need some opinions what to do and any advise is highly appreciated. Thank you
