filing i-130 and i-485 for spouse

This question is for my brother who is a US citizen and he got married to a British citizen and his wife is currently in USA as a visitor.
he has completed form i-130 and i-485 which I think he can send together.

Please let me know if there is anything else required beside there forms.

Does his wife need to file any form for herself?

Your brother should include he following with his filing:

1. Separate fee checks for $420 and $1,070
2. Immigrant medical exam fom USCIS-listed doctor in sealed envelope
3. Copy of I-94 or proof of Visa Waiver/ESTA status
4. Proof of U.S. citizenship, birth certs and divorce certs from both
5. Forms I-130, G-325A for each, I-485, I-765, I-864 with employment and income tax documents
