Filing my Wife GC before or after my Naturalization if my wife Visa expires on June
Hi, I have a question, I already went to a lawyer but I need clarification,
I already started my naturalization process, I'm currently under Green Card trough family, not marriage, but I will have the interview for citizenship test on February 2016, my wife and I married 2 months ago on Nov 2015, and she is under a TN Visa which both I94 and Visa expire on June 2016, she cant re apply for her visa since we already got married and TN is a non immigrant Visa, and being married to me will imply immigration intention, my question is:
Should we wait until I am a US Citizen to file for her GC which will put my wife out of status, with an expired Visa before the interview, or should we apply while I'm with GC?
For Dallas, ( it's where we live) the I485 is taking more than 9 months for the processing and the I30 5 months, I'm not sure what is the right process,
I would appreciate your help, any help on this matter!,
