Hi, i am a new user.
Well, my story is the following:
My wife (from Chile) and I (US Citizen) met in Chile at the end of 2013, we started dating by the beginning of 2014. I had to come back to USA by march of 2014. Then we started having a long distance relationship. By July of 2014 she traveled to visit me under the VWP for two and a half weeks, then she returned to Chile. In October of 2014 she came to visit me again and after some time we decided to stay together, so we married here in US in december of 2014 and She came back to Chile again by mid-december 2014.
Now, she is flying again to USA this coming february of 2016, but this time, with her 7 yr old son. My question is: can I file petition for both of them and Adjust Status while they are here in USA under VWP?
