More than 3months still haven't received EAD card

Hi all,
My case is marriage based and my husband is US citizen. All form have been approved but i am still waiting for EAD card. Any idea what might be causing the delay?

Give us some dates to establish a basis for responding to you. What was the date of receipt of your I-765 form? What was the date of your Biometrics?

Date of receipt for I-765 10/30/2015.
Biometrics date 11/19/2015.

RFE received 11/16/2015 for affidavit of support responded back within 3 weeks and haven't heard anything back yet from USCIS.

I am in same situation, it's been more than 3 months and I didn't get any reply from them.. I am applying from New York.. Which state are you applying from?

It's still too early to expect the EAD card. I would estimate about mid to late February.

I am in Texas and filed in Missouri. I also have a lawyer which is useless and waste of money. My lawyer said it should be mid Jan or late Jan.
