Hello Guys,
I'm planning to hire a immigration attorney to start my application for AOS. My wife is a US citizen and i'm on H1B right now. The only issue that i'm stuck with is the marriage certificate. We got married in india in the beginning of last year. Unfortunately, due to tight schedule we couldn't get a marriage certificate while we were there. i'm wondering how do i go with the AOS application. Please share your experiences and suggestions on how to overcome this. Can you please share the overall fees and expenses involved in the process?
