Hi,
I am new to this forum, and need help. I tried searching for the question I have, but was unsuccessful. I found few that were similar but not quite the same.
I am a US citizen, and I am applying for AOS for my wife who came here with F-1 student visa, then overstayed.
On G325A, it asks for the employment history. She has been working for many years, but hasn't filed any tax returns as she was paid cash. I spoke to a couple of attorneys who told me, if that is the case, not to list anything on the form. I just think that is not right as it is lying. What should I do? Has anyone had the same situation as me?
