GC Processing Timeline ( Marriage Based):

2nd-September sent documents

4th-September 11:45AM Delivered

11st-September 2:47PM Received notification SMS & Email from USCIS with receipt number and all three Casher's check cashed.

17th-September got three receipt letter from USCIS

21st-September got letter notice from USCIS for fingerprint appointment @ 9:00AM Oct 1st

1st-October got fingerprint appointment done

4th-October got USCIS REF Letter
( I did amended tax return to resubmit I-864)

17th-December USCIS received response.

After this, I am still waiting for response. Is there any people know or people who is still waiting also?

My timeline looks very similar to yours. My husband and I sent in his I-485 paperwork on August 8, 2015 and we still haven't received our interview date. We also received an RFE in September (also for I-864 tax documents) and he had his work and travel authorization approved on October 15. Since then, absolutely nothing and it's been over 5 months.

Where is your local USCIS office? Ours is in Boston and from what I can tell they are extremely slow and have a large backlog.

Thank you for sharing yours. All my documents still at NBC(national benefit center). The reason I've been waiting this long only because I did amended tax return( this takes two and half month to finish). Except that, everything kind smooth. Right now just waiting for them to schedule interview. Just be patiently. Your husband already had working permition that's good to keep stay and wait for interview. All the best and goooooood luck to you and your husband!!!! BTW, are you a Green card holder?( not a citizen). Usually citizenship quicker than GC holder.

19th- Jan. USCIS mailed EAD card. But I am still waiting for RFE to response or schedule a interview. Since 17th-Dec 2015 it've been one month.

My case is with MSC, my priority date is 16th-Sep. Response to RFE on 17th-Dec, just got my EAD approval. But I-485 did not schedule interview yet.
