I have submitted I 485 , I 765 and I 130 together in August ! I got the conformation that on 26 August 2015that you file have been submitted here !
I have done my baomatrics on sept 22 2015 than 10 sept I got the latter from USCSI that your income was not enough you need to file joint sponsor and I have submitted joint sponsor and on October 14 2015 I have updated by USCSI that we received your document and USCSI will begin to work your case ! Then latter I got My EAD card on 14 November !
So my question is I haven't get any interview notice yet ! When I will here about interview date ?
I was on student visa and my semester completed in December , do I need to continue F1 stutus or I can stop the college after received my EAD card ?
Please share your experience if you have passed with this situation ! I appreciate it !
