Me and gf have been dating for 3 years.
She is Japanese and i am Malaysian. I moved to the US last year April on a green card and we have been doing long distance for nearly a year.
She plans on coming to the US for the 2nd time as a tourist and we plan on getting married sometime this year.
My question is
Can we apply for an i-130 and then get that adjusted to a i-485 all while she stays in the US with me? How long does it usually take?
