2. USCIS: notice to approved petition on late Sep 2015
3. Fingerprint: mid Oct 2015
4. Four weeks later: get notice for AOS Interview in Philadelphia dated 15 Jan 2016
5. Work Permit sent home on 15 Dec
6. Interview: take oath; they did not separate us from beginning. Questions for my wife (US Citizens): DOB of spouse; both phone number; where to work; how often to communicate with parents-in-law. Question for husband (foreigner): how u guy know each other; when married; BOD of spouse; where to honeymoon; name-age-school of all step-childrensl previous working before entering US. He asked for photos and we gave him the whole set of 100+ photos. Then officer asked Yes/No question. Then stamp in my passport temporarily greencard. They dont ask me to return work-permit. Got sms from USCIS that card production on the way home. Waiting for interview 20 minutes. Interview took less than 30 min.
7. Total time processing: 3 and 1/2 month; MSC is the center process my application.
8. Note: you dont need attorney; follow USCIS step-by-step; review documents carefully before submit to save time later.
Good lucks all guys.
