  • anyone with medical issues to 485?

    Hello everyone,

the civil surgeon found a heart murmur and he wanted me to follow up with my PCP and cardiologist. he hasnt signed the form yet and asked me to first goto PCP. has anyone else faced class B medical issues (other than High BP, diabetes) and what are your experiences with civil surgeons and with AOS process?

my research shows that its ok for civil surgeon to note what he found and move along. uscis only want class A conditions to be fully treated before submitting the medical form.

    any inputs is appreciated.

Signoff is at discretion of Civil Surgeon.

I only omitted the Medical examination form sealed by the Doctor. They have not requested for it through RFE, and i don't know if i am to send it to them just like that. I was advised to wait until the interview so as to go along with it. Can someone reconfirm this advice pls.
        Thanks

If your I-485 submittal did not include the sealed envelope from the doctor, don't send i unsolicited. Wait for it to be requested by USCIS, or take it to your interview.

When I filed my paper work, I did not include my medical forms. They wrote and inform me that it was missing and I was not to mail it until they directed me what to do. When they schedule my I-485 appointment date they told me to bring it in sealed. So I would suggest that you wait because it will probably get lost in the system.
