What do I put the in the full name and address of employer in the G-325A Form?

In the G-325A, Biographic Information form it's asking about Applicant's employment last five years. (If none, so state.) List present employment first. My current job id self-employed which I run my own home based exporting mail orders business and before that I was a Student.

The same issue with my wife as a house wife and before that she was a student.

What do I put the in the full name and address of employer in the G-325A Form? As self-employed now and as student before that.
