Asking about USCIS's working hours ? Please help me!

Hi all people! Help me please!

I applied my document for Green Card on October/27/2015
- November/12/2015: received Bio-metric letter in Charleston (South Carolina) for November/30/2015
- November/25/2015 Check Online on USCIS told that RFE was mailed to me
- November/30/2015 I am done already at Biometric


I have been waiting from 11/25/2015 until 12/24/2015, I even did not receive any Notice by mail (RFE letter) from USCIS. Then I made Copy Request online on 24/12/2015

- January 12, 2016 I received Mail of REQUEST FOR INITIAL EVIDENCE (I-485). It told that I must submit information within 87 DAYS to U.S Department of Homeland Security, PO Box 648004, Lee’s Summit, MO 64002.

I want to know that when 87 DAYS begin? It begins from 11/25/2015, right?
But does 87 DAYS includes 2 days in the weekend (include Saturday and Sunday? Or only from Monday to Friday)
Which day is my Deadline of my RFE response?

Because I am preparing RFE response for USCIS, I am afraid of being late for them so they will deny my case.

Hi there! All I can say is that when I got my RFE, I included the weekends in counting. I was also afraid of submitting it late. Plus, My suggestion is submit all the requirements as fast as you can because your clock will restart to Day 1. It was my mistake that it took me 40 Days to submit all the requirements they were asking. Anyway, best of luck!
