I 765 is still case received HELP! I'm from LV, Nevada

Hello there! I am worried that up to now, I still don't have a working permit. Here's my timeline:
Oct 27, 2015 I submitted AOS for I 130,131,485,765,864 and G- 325 A concurrently
Nov 13- NOA received
Nov 21- Received biometrics letter
Dec 7- Biometrics done
Dec 8- RFE received for I 485
Jan 15- Send the Response for RFE
Jan 20- Online status for I 485 states "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received"
Jan 26- is my 75th day from the day they received my applications.

My question is, did the RFE affects the processing time for my EAD? I need to have my working permit already as I am a nurse who graduated nearly 2 years ago. If I still don't have a job by March- April I'll have a less opportunity to find a job at a hospital or even anywhere.

Is there anyone of you who received RFE before having EAD approved? How long did it take from RFE to EAD approval? Also, If anyone of you is from Las Vegas, Nevada. Kindly share me your experiences. Help a sister out here lol

I received RFE on Dec 29th, they received my response on Jan 14th and my EAD was approved on Jan 27th
